Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

All return orders will be issued a store credit via email for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. 

 

EXCHANGES

Inventory is frequently refreshed to bring you the latest products, so we are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order once your return has been processed and your store credit has been issued. All items must be shipped back at the expense of the customer.

 

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, items must be requested within 7 days of delivery, be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition within original packaging, be free from makeup, deodorant, odors, and animal hair, including cigarette smoke, perfume, and fabric fresheners. Items non-eligible for refunds are non-clothing products, swimwear, discounted, clearance, or sale items, gift cards, and affiliate orders. Claims submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for refund.
